Roasted Coffee

Banjo Boy Coffee came about after spending long hours on the road with master banjo player and coffee roaster Nick Hornbuckle. I came up with the idea of selling our own brand of coffee on the road at shows or online.

Now here is the culmination of years of thought and finally finding the right roast and roaster to work with. 

My partner Nell Robinson loves, and so do I, Celebese coffee from Indonesia. The flavor has nutty or warm spice notes, like cinnamon or cardamom. Hints of black pepper are sometimes found. Its sweetness, as with most Indonesian coffees, is closely related to the body of the coffee. The after-taste coats the palate on the finish and is smooth and soft. Overall this roast has deep dark rich and smooth high tones. We have created four different blends to choose from!
